Oh Heeey!

Here's your recording of this weeks Playful Spirit Circle call.

We began our call with a nice embodiment meditation, to get us Physically Grounded.

Then we explored the concept of riding the crest of the wave, and our lives going really fast, and what happens when we inevitably have those moments when we slip a little. We explored how in those moments when the wave holds you under, many of us swim down instead of letting the water bob us up, and how to avoid that.

Then I shared an epiphany I had after last weeks call when I did my love letter to money. I shared the letter and the new way I'm going to be relating to and working with money. I also told the story about the beginning of my relationship with my boyfriend and what his higher self and mine came together to tell me in meditation. The lesson they gave me in openness and vulnerability has been a big one for me since! And now I'm learning to apply it to money.
