Hello my Darlings,
I'm so grateful for each one of you.
On this call we explored the challenges and loneliness and pain that's coming up all over for so many. I shared a teaching I received in meditation recently that was so powerful and I think can help us all.
In our hotseats we explored what it means to move through this time in our global evolution with curiosity and how that can make it so much easier for us.
We saw how fear often pulls the e-brake on us, and fear is always giving us clues about what it needs to release that brake and let us sail forward with ease.
And we explored how the above tie into our relationships, and how they may be challenged at this time of so much growth.
Then we did a group healing all about Upgrading Relationship, Calling in Soulmates, and Releasing Hurdles.
