PSC #102 How We Wield Our Business + A New Understanding of Receiving

Cara Viana-Stock Unlimited-2081432.jpg

Hey Gang,

Happy new decade!   This was a really fun call.  I outed myself and how I am realizing that I use my overwhelm/busy/victim story.  We explored the ways that each of us uses these stories in one way or another.

Then we did a Spring Cleaning The Overwhelm meditation that helped us to see the ways we wield this story and help ourselves feel safe enough to let that go.

We finished with an inspired conversation on receiving and how to expand your capacity to receive and get comfortable with receiving.  We explored some new and different ways to look at receiving and some practices to help stretch our capacity to receive.

I love you all!

PSC #100 Healing Ancestral Trauma + Why Empaths and Fighting Don't Mix

Cara Viana.jpg

What a glorious call everyone!

I'm not gonna lie, I am wishing we had another call before Christmas; because I wanna spend the holidays with you all!!

Since our second call this month is not til the 30th, lets all support each other in the Facebook group over the holidays okay?

On this call I shared some about how I'm embracing winter - words I thought I'd never say!!

We did a lovely meditation to Plant the Seeds of Your Desire.

Then I told a story about a recent experience I had healing some ancestral trauma, which I'm pretty excited about!  We discussed how, as empaths, we often develop issues with people being mad at us.

We got a reminder that the good stuff is coming, even when we can't see it yet!  Just like putting an order in at a restaurant and then you see nothing until your food shows up!

And we explored how to deal lovingly with the people who bring drama into your life in a way that empowers you both!

Big love and winter celebration,

Cara

PSC #99 Navigating Grief After a Breakup and Holiday Boundaries

Cara Viana_Stock Unlimited 1905426.jpg

Hi Darlings,

What a fun call!

We started off with a potent question that I hope you feel into as you listen to the replay. Then we did a Less Serious Grounding Meditation which felt really good :)

I shared a story from my day yesterday about shifting my perspective from stressed victim to clarity and gratitude ... after a brief tantrum of course!

Then we explored processing a break up, and how to feel your feelings of grief or sadness without getting stuck in it, or dragging it out far longer.

And we put the cherry on top with a conversation about how to hold boundaries around the holidays, how I'm navigating this and how my mom modeled this when I was a kid.

I hope you all have a very happy and very thankful Thanksgiving. I love a holiday about gratitude and food, oh my goodness! I'll be in New Orleans savoring some of the best food on the planet (so long as this snow storm lets us take off, fingers crossed).

Love to all,

Cara

PSC # 93 Gaining Clarity

Cara Viana - Gaining Clarity

We had a huge group on this call, it was so much fun for me seeing all of you on the line! Thank you for showing up and creating together!

We started off talking about capacity and figuring out the things that we need in order to achieve our next goals or desires. A very handy thing to realize.

Then we dropped in with a yummy meditation on True Presence. I think you'll like it! And you can download it right on your phone to use anytime.

Then on to three potent hot seats. We worked on short-circuiting anxiety and retraining your system. A very handy thing to use in that moment that anxiety strikes, and you can't stop to meditate, such as driving a car!

We worked on getting to the bottom of resistance. What is that subtle (or strong) push-pull that you can feel? That thing that seems to be holding you back in the new business you started or new relationship you began or new venture. When it feels like one part of you is paddling the boat backwards when all other parts are paddling forwards. How do we get to the bottom of it and how do we move forward with more ease?

And finally, we explored how the abandonment wound in childhood can also be linked to the fear of things being 'too good', and we got some insight around the fear of a loved one crossing over.

Loving you all deeply!
