Hey beautiful souls!

On this call I shared how I've been hiding in plain sight and why I've been feeling like I wanna climb outta my skin! I shared the process I used to speak with my fear and resistance and how I got them to let off the emergency break and let me come out of hiding. PHEW. ;)

When I think about it, this call was actually a really perfect extension of the last call about push/pull! Gotta love how that works out.

We had a couple really impressive hot seats! In the first we explored how to actually change a story, and we got to witness Sarah shift it on the call live.

In the second we went a little deeper into that push pull and how to find out if we are really ready to shift old patterns. (spoiler alert, sometimes we actually decide to keep them, or some version of them!)
