PSC #113 Healing Ourselves During This Challenging Time

Hello my friends,

This call was lovely and such good self care. We dropped in together with some discussion of the times we are in and what we are all feeling. Is that a light we are beginning to see at the end of the tunnel???

We talked about disappointing the Right people, from the book "Beautiful Badass" by Chrysta Barrie. We felt into what needs to shift in order for us to feel safe and how to stop struggling and let in the help.

Then we wrapped with a beautiful healing from a new modality, to help us all through this time.

PSC #101 Happy New Year! Reverence and Changing the Story of 2019

Hello Darlings,

This was a fabulous way to honor the closing of a year and decade.  

I got to share what I'm grateful for today, a lot! And a little story about choosing play and self care over my sense of obligation and responsibility.  

We started with a meditation to honor 2019. 

In our hot seats we explored how to change the story of the past year and where the exact power of that lies.  

We discussed ways to keep from taking on someone elses stuff, when they are going through big experiences.  

We ended with a meditation to call all parts of ourselves back and connect to source love.
