PSC #133 Judgement and Pleasure
Hello Dear Ones,
Yesterday’s call was yummy!
What a strange thing to say about a call all around judgments right? And yet there it is. I highly recommend you grab a journal and sit down for this recording because the opportunity for some beautiful shifts is big.
We explored judgments and being judged and how they show up, and then we drove a little deeper and saw some things we haven’t seen before. And then we explored a whole new reality around judgment! I’m really looking forward to hearing how this went for everyone. It isn’t for the faint of heart I’ll tell you that 😉 pleasure as a shadow healing tool is revolutionary and powerful and maybe my favorite.

This circle was all about those things that are starting to drive you nuts, get uncomfortable or plan not working any more. And how to use the potency of Spring to understand and feel the shift.
We learned the sexy secret of how Spring works and we did a practice to release the stuckness.
Then we dove into a big healing meditation on the crucial things that might have been missing in your childhood and what they might be impacting now. We brought healing to all of those areas.

PSC #131 Shifting Your World, Balancing Work and Passion, and Honoring the Season

On this call I made a comical confession and we slightly edited the way that we are doing things on the live calls.
We began with an extremely powerful exercise I’ve been doing in my own life that I truly believe has the potential to shift your world! It is shifting mine. I highly recommend you grab a notebook and give it a try.
We then dove into two extremely powerful hotseats the first one all about finding the balance between doing our passion and doing a job that brings in income. And the second all about exploring and honoring the season that we are in and the laughable but true reality of what happens when we don’t (which is often😆)

PSC #128 Am I Being Mother Superior?

We began this call with a fun meditation that really brought out some deep internal wisdom. I'm looking forward to hearing what came up for you.
Then we dove into hotseats, beginning with a really powerful conversation about how we dim our light to fit in, and the childhood patterns that created that.
Next we explored they way so many of us jump into another person's experience and try to fix or help or control. What's the patterning behind that? As we discover that we are in fact believing that we are smarter, more capable, and better, what is the method to rewire that superior thinking. The answer might surprise you!
Lastly we explored the concept of life being more Yin. What does that mean and how do we amplify more of it.

PSC #127 You Can’t Judge Yourself by the Same Measures as Before

I’m feeling so full of love after our call.
