PSC #126 The Story That Built Your Reality and How to Change + Your Brand of Sovereignty

2038023 - Cara Viana.jpg

Hello Dear Ones!

We did it, we made the switch to zoom, so that your meditation recordings will now be better audio.

It was so nice to be able to see your faces ❤

On this call we explored stories, and how you are creating concrete reality with them.

Then we explored how to truly change them.

We dove into two specific stories, which I think you can relate to:

"I don't make as much money as I want to"

and

"I'm to busy to do the thing I really need to get done"

I highly recommend you listen.

*** Double Dog Dare: I dare you to tell your new story live in the fb group once you do the call!

We finished off with a discussion on sovereignty and what your special version of sovereignty looks like. We did a Sovereignty Meditation to top it off!

Love to you all,

Cara

PSC #117 How to Increase Your Overall Happiness and Satisfaction with Life

(NOTE from the Support Team: There was a technical glitch that resulted in a 15 minute section of the call failing to record. We've edited the gap down to about 30 seconds, and it starts right around 14:30. Since Cara is in Mexico, steeped in Love and Self Care, we are sharing it as is, and will update you once Cara decides what she'd like to do with it.)

Hello my loves,

As you know I am vacationing in Mexico, well we decided to extend our trip for an extra week!

For the first time ever in all the years I have led this group I decided to prerecord today’s call.

On this call we start with a short meditation that we can call Squirming Our Way to Presence.

And then I shared about my trip, and a concept that’s been blossoming in my mind. (You’ll hear the truth about my complaining habits)

I gave two practices that I think you’re gonna love so make sure you bring a pen and paper for one part of the recording!

I love you so much and I can’t wait to hear what you think about this call!

All the love, Cara

PSC #111 Readiness, and it's Many Silly Shadows

HD77RZPA - Cara Viana.jpg

Hi Everyone,

This call was such co-creative fun. We spent the call playing with the theme of readiness.

How we sometimes hid behind not being ready.

Or we charge ahead half cocked before we are actually ready.

Or we don't move forward, waiting to be ready, but beat our selves up for not going faster.

Several people shared their experiences and we really got to flesh out this topic.

Then we ended on a great meditation on Allowing Readiness.

I hope you enjoy!
With great love,
Cara

PSC #100 Healing Ancestral Trauma + Why Empaths and Fighting Don't Mix

Cara Viana.jpg

What a glorious call everyone!

I'm not gonna lie, I am wishing we had another call before Christmas; because I wanna spend the holidays with you all!!

Since our second call this month is not til the 30th, lets all support each other in the Facebook group over the holidays okay?

On this call I shared some about how I'm embracing winter - words I thought I'd never say!!

We did a lovely meditation to Plant the Seeds of Your Desire.

Then I told a story about a recent experience I had healing some ancestral trauma, which I'm pretty excited about!  We discussed how, as empaths, we often develop issues with people being mad at us.

We got a reminder that the good stuff is coming, even when we can't see it yet!  Just like putting an order in at a restaurant and then you see nothing until your food shows up!

And we explored how to deal lovingly with the people who bring drama into your life in a way that empowers you both!

Big love and winter celebration,

Cara

PSC #99 Navigating Grief After a Breakup and Holiday Boundaries

Cara Viana_Stock Unlimited 1905426.jpg

Hi Darlings,

What a fun call!

We started off with a potent question that I hope you feel into as you listen to the replay. Then we did a Less Serious Grounding Meditation which felt really good :)

I shared a story from my day yesterday about shifting my perspective from stressed victim to clarity and gratitude ... after a brief tantrum of course!

Then we explored processing a break up, and how to feel your feelings of grief or sadness without getting stuck in it, or dragging it out far longer.

And we put the cherry on top with a conversation about how to hold boundaries around the holidays, how I'm navigating this and how my mom modeled this when I was a kid.

I hope you all have a very happy and very thankful Thanksgiving. I love a holiday about gratitude and food, oh my goodness! I'll be in New Orleans savoring some of the best food on the planet (so long as this snow storm lets us take off, fingers crossed).

Love to all,

Cara
