PSC # 93 Gaining Clarity

We had a huge group on this call, it was so much fun for me seeing all of you on the line! Thank you for showing up and creating together!

We started off talking about capacity and figuring out the things that we need in order to achieve our next goals or desires. A very handy thing to realize.

Then we dropped in with a yummy meditation on True Presence. I think you'll like it! And you can download it right on your phone to use anytime.

Then on to three potent hot seats. We worked on short-circuiting anxiety and retraining your system. A very handy thing to use in that moment that anxiety strikes, and you can't stop to meditate, such as driving a car!

We worked on getting to the bottom of resistance. What is that subtle (or strong) push-pull that you can feel? That thing that seems to be holding you back in the new business you started or new relationship you began or new venture. When it feels like one part of you is paddling the boat backwards when all other parts are paddling forwards. How do we get to the bottom of it and how do we move forward with more ease?

And finally, we explored how the abandonment wound in childhood can also be linked to the fear of things being 'too good', and we got some insight around the fear of a loved one crossing over.

PSC #92 The Art of Celebration + Meditation

Hello Playful Spirits!

Well this call knocked my socks off! Huge shout out to Stephanie for being willing to hop back in the hot seat and give us the follow up after I had coached her on a previous call through asking for a raise. Find out what happened, and all the things that are shifting in her life! Learn the art of celebration, and more importantly, the importance of it! You will really feel it on this call.

To stay with our theme we did a meditation to 'open up space for money to flow'. It's a good one, and I think it will feel good in your bodies. You can download just the meditation and listen to it any time.

PSC #89 The Fallacy of Failure

Hi there my friends,

On this weeks call we talked about the lack mentality that can come from always focusing on the next thing we have to achieve, and what happens when we pause to give ourselves credit for our successes. I shared a surprising success I realized.

We talked about the fallacy of failure. Ooo isn’t that good? I shared my favorite recent explanation of why there is no such thing as failure when it comes to our higher selves.

We did a Meditation we are gonna call Viewing From A New Lens, which I thought was really yummy. Tell me what you think.

Then we did three very potent hot seats:

First we explored how your higher self is viewing a situation that might look scary or daunting, like major medical issues.

Second, we discussed the question what if I make a wrong decision and change the course of things in my life?

And third, we I am growing and changing so fast how to I allow for that in my business?

PSC #88 Playing with priorities, down shifting, and gossip

I am feeling a buzzing of love moving through my system after this call.

In the first part of our call I shared about busyness and rushing from one thing to the next, and how it relates to our priorities. A really cool practice came through on this, so bring your journal when you listen to the call!

I called myself out on the call and declared that although I was feeling way stretched and resistant (way too busy!!), that I was gonna do the practice tonight. Gulp.

I’m happy to report I did it right after the call, and HOT DAMN. It was so potent.

So good to have that chance to gain such clarity and to sit with my desires and wants and needs, both the divine ones and the immature human ones. All parts of me got to share and all parts are valuable. Thank you for the accountability to do that.

After that we dove into the topic of gossip, and the real reason behind why we do it. We explored the cavewoman instinct that kicks in here and some ways to find healthier patterns.

We finished with a short and powerful theta healing to rewire the childhood panic trigger in our systems with a flood of healing. This also focused on releasing those patterns in your body that come up to get your attention like headaches, or back pain or chronic infections.
